Black Sitcoms Will Never Be the Same. I ran through Jet Magazine’s Archives and saw that almost every other issue in the 90’s had a black sitcom family on the cover. If only we could get shows like these back. Here were my favorites growing up..
Never again will black sitcoms pale in comparison to these =/

I beg to differ.
Soo I was having a conversation about my nephew Bryce and how his dad isn’t around so I’m going to help guide him. The individual i was telling this to gave me a funny look after statement followed by me immediately saying something and the conversation took a left turn. But the moral of the story is because I’m a gay man I’m not really “qualified” on raising a another man. my sexual preference has nothing to do with my achievements, my character, my heart and my drive. Society is so quick to ‘label’ something/someone and people believe it. He should be raised to take care of himself, being humble, respectful, and knowing he can do whatever he set his mind to and who I Lay in bed with has nothing to do with that. Im use to the funny looks and slick remarks, but know this .. I’m not part of any label.
